This day was a waste of time trying to exercise for me.  We took the dogs to the trail with us.  I went there with the intention to run and get in a good workout.  Well, when the dogs come along it's not so easy to get them on the same page.  What should have taken us no more than 52min 30sec took over 64min.  I've got a lot of work to do around the house today and it's supposed to rain the rest of the week plus I'm on call this weekend so I'm really worried and frustrated that my best day to exercise was just blown.  We've got that half marathon on Nov. 8th and I really want to be prepared for it.  I don't want to fall short of the cut-off time and waste our money and not get to finish.

I run for those who can't or won't.  I run because I once was one of those people.

Just getting up and down out of the chair is a workout today.  My legs are complaining about the run yesterday.  I did get in a 2 mile walk during lunch.  I was hoping to flush out the legs a bit.

Phone call with the coach tonight to see what the next training plan is going to look like.
