What do you all think of it? I got suckered in by the infomercial.
I searched the web for reviews, and they all say the product is awesome, but the ordering process sucks (I guess they send you a lot of DVD's).
The local Bed Bath and Beyond is selling them for $20/each.

I would save your $20. Any of these unstable training devices, The Bender Ball, stability "swiss" balls, BOSU Balls and balance discs are actually counter productive if used on a regular basis. Some of these devices are certainly fun to use but there are much better ways to train your abdominals, "core" and/or balance.

We used them in a pilates class I used to take to help stabilize the lower back for certain exercises. I think they can be fun, if used properly.
