Crazy Intense Friday Workout...What Did You Do Today???
Holy Crap!!! OK So today was a dreadmill workout, because it's flippin cold and rainy outside. BY FAR, the most intense speed work I have done. Here is how it broke down:
Mile 1: 9.0 MPH
Mile 2: 6.0 MPH
Mile 3: 9.5 MPH
Mile 4: 6.0 MPH
Mile 5 - 5.5: 10.0 MPH
Mile 5.5 - 6: 6.0 MPH
then coolown...
Followed that with 50 flights of stairs in 9 Minutes on the Stairmaster. WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY???

Dang you guys are awesome! I took it pretty easy today. My plan called for 30 minutes cross training so I did 30 minutes of breathing drills in the pool. I have to get it down where I am using the least amount of energy as possible.
