Hey, Britt. My sister uses the Body Bug, I think it's called, and she really likes it. She likes being able to track all her fitness stuff and progress, especially calorie counts of what she's burned. I'm more old-fashioned. I know that for every mile I run, I burn about 100 calories, and I pre-map my runs on Mapmyrun online, so I know the distance, and I time it the old way, by looking at my watch.

I know a lot of folks use the Nike shoe chip that communicates with their Ipod system for pacing and mileage, and really like it. It's definitely on my wishlist!

I have the NIKE chip and I love love love it :) - I highly reccomend it

I have the chip too but it has a whole lot of bugs. Won't work on the elliptical, eats about half of my workouts and won't transfer them (so I can do 6 workouts and it'll only show I did 3-4), etc. It frustrates me but for $30 it wasn't a bad little investment.
