Saturday Workouts

 61*, 100% humidity + misty rain = GREAT RUNNING WEATHER!!! 15 miles run and feel ok. Went slow: 11:44/mile but it is what it is.  Weekly run total: 37 miles. Been a while since I've done that. Detroit and NYC marathons may not be any faster than last year -- but just wait for Disney in January!
What are you all getting in these days?

After my pity party this morning, I made it to the gym and went 7.5 miles.  Did most of it at 6.6 with a mile toward the end at 7.0.  Felt better than I expected (aside from the 2 potty breaks) and was really happy about it.

Good rebound on the mileage ther SAX!
Don't know abou tthe mileage but I did head linesman for 5 rec legue games , the first two with a four man crew but I still had the entire sideline and the later three in the rain with a 3 man crew where I got the side line and shagging any balls on my half of the field.  It was a great time.

Scheduled for a 7 mile run. Bad run for me. Got in 5 and walked 1.5 more miles. Pretty upset with myself for a while, but then realized it was a good learning experience.

 6 miles today.  Top of my feet tightened up a bit.  Hoping they feel good tomorrow since I'm running a 5K race.
