Friday's Workout!
I went on a nice 3 mile walk with my wife this morning. Tomorrow I will jog a mile race with my son who ran his first last weekend (.8 miles) and is hooked. Sunday is a half that I am 90% sure I will run.

Scott - it's great that you've got the whole family into the fitness routine. I love watching the kids run for the sheer fun of it.
Today, I mixed things up . . .
20-minute swim
1-mile run - (hamstring is still a little tender, but I didn't have to stop, so that's a good sign)
