Tuesday's Workouts
I give you warm weathered/high humidity folks lots of credit!!!! Man between yesterday and today it's been absolutely brutal. Tonight was 80* with 85% humidity. I think I'm drier when I swim.
Anyways a paltry 4.5 miles @ 10:40 pace. Considering I'm not feeling great and the weather I feel good that I did it.

I will no longer be a spectator, a dreamer, a wonderer. I AM a doer; not only a goal setter, but a goal achiever. I will lead by example rather than word. I will "DARE GREATLY!"
