Bike day for me, too. I've been having a hamstring problem since running Rochester, so I'm cross training to ensure that I'm ready for the Hudson Mohawk Marathon in Albany in 3 weeks. Tackled 13 miles of hills around the lake, while my husband ran a half marathon.
