Thanks Rob

I sat across from a guy named Doyle-one of the old timers of ultra running. We talked alot, he gave me advice along the way, he paced me on 4 or 5 laps when I was saying "I do not want to get up and move...". GREAT guy. He ran a 48 hour 220mile race in his younger years

Anyway-he congratulated me at the end. He was out to run 50 and he did just that. He said the best thing to do was go out and run a mile or 2 on Monday and recovery will be no time

SERIOUSLY??? I'm thinking I should get a 2 week pass!!! but I will do one mile on the track at the school...maybe walking most of it

Thank you again Rob

what an incredible accomplishment!!!  This makes my little sprint tri this past weekend seem like kindergarten :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

OH trust me, all I had to do was keep moving...I did my first-and last tri sprint last year. ANYBODY that can do a tri well has my fullest respects. I can run, and bike, but cannot swim at all. And to train for all 3 at the same time...very hard.

Congrats to you! Tri's are very difficult!
