Nice 5 mile run for me this morning in 1:03.  Good to know that as I'm adding on the miles I'm maintaining/slightly improving my pace.   Hopefully that will hold up as I keep building!

I repeated my 9 mile long run/walk this week and took 15 minutes off of last weeks time - doing it in 2 hr 11 minutes 11 seconds.  I was also running into a good wind for at least half the course.

Next week - 10 miles.

I did a "Group Power" class. It's weight lifting in a group with music. I'm not 100% sure I liked it.

I'm supposed to do some run intervals tonight.

Ran 14-miles as part of my marathon traiining program.  Need to figure out how to get some hydration in during these long runs, since there are not any water stations available.  It is neat to think I can run more than a half just training for the marathon in November.
