Thursday Workouts????

Hey Guys,

   I did a 5.5 mile run in the rain and 20+ mph wind... What an adventure... but it was super fun!!! I ran it in 48:41 which is around 6.7mph or so. What did you do today?

About 45 min. of crossfit. I got to learn to do things like burpies. A sadist invented them, I'm sure of it.

wow, burpies!  years ago when i played rugby, i had a sadistic coach from south aftrica that really loved to make us to those!

My tri coach would make us to Tabata Squats before we went out for a bike ride. I like Tabata Squats though.
