Thursday Workouts????
Hey Guys,
I did a 5.5 mile run in the rain and 20+ mph wind... What an adventure... but it was super fun!!! I ran it in 48:41 which is around 6.7mph or so. What did you do today?

My tri coach would make us to Tabata Squats before we went out for a bike ride. I like Tabata Squats though.
