Monday's Workout!!!

I did 9.25 miles this morning.  It was not the best run ever but it was still fairly solid.  Next week will be 10.5 and 12 the following week.  I will not be in great half shape but I will be in solid finish shape.

      I Swam 2000M today in 33:31, followed that with a Spin class, followed that with an easy 15 minute Brick. Hope all is well and hope everyone has a great day!

2 1/2 mile run this morning in a good time for me 33:05 which felt great.  Water aerobics planned for after work.

 2 miles in 30 minutes on the treadmill. I am going with a co-worker next Monday after work for a 2 mile walk/run.  This will be my first time doing my walk/runt outside.  She is way more fit then I am but assures me it will be fine and I will be able to keep up.  I am excited.

 Since this is our first day back running/walking in a week we did 3.5 miles at a 15min/mile pace.

I take adult jazz on Monday nights - it was the first class after the summer break.  I ran 13.5 miles on Sunday, so it felt really good to stretch everything out.

I went back to the gym last night and ran 6.4 miles in an hour.... Stretched out and sat in the dry sauna for a bit.

gym workout yesterday...  45 minutes of weights (back/bi/shoulder), 53 minutes hard on the stationary bike, and then 23 minutes on the stairmaster.... i was going to swim, but forgot my suit!
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
