Nutritional websites?

Hi All

I am doing a 3-day food/activity diary for one of my classes.  I'm using the 'mypyramid' website, but there must be better ones that you can either enter nutritional information from the labels or use their information for fresh foods.

Any help would be appreciated.

There was a time just after surgery I used www.fitday.com, for food tracking. I don't know about being able to track activity with it. They have free accounts and I do remember entering information from labels as well as picking items from a list.

Thanks pan head.

Now that you mention it, that's the one I remember hearing about.

OH has one in the health tracker section, but I like the one at dailyplate better - most foods are there.

Thanks a lot!  I'll check it out.  We're supposed to check out other websites also and evaluate them.
