Thursday Workouts!

Hi, guys! What's everyone doing today to move their bodies??

Today I ran 3.13 miles in the early morning and later did some ab work.

Tomorrow I am hoping to do a brick workout, running first and then biking.
      
   "Fall down 7 times--STAND UP 8!"

This morning was a normal brick - 45 min spin, 3 mile run.  Not too bad.  Feeling recovered and ready to go again.

5.85 Miles ran in 50:41. A pretty hilly route and 20+MPH winds dont favor the big guy! Anyways, have a good day everyone!

I did 51 minutes in weights (legs/core), 5 mile run outside on some light to moderate hills @ 46.5 minutes, and then 47 minutes on the stairmaster (over 200 flights)...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
