Wednesday Workouts
On vacation this week in the Outer Banks at Avon,NC managed to get in a 5.5 mile run. Ran easy the first couple of miles the ran each of the last three faster than the one before. The last mile I ran at a sub 8 minute mile pace. If the weather cooperates I may go run the access road to Cape Hatteras Light House.

After work there was a little Time Trial race at Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) the ride is pretty flat with a few false flats and one little roller, but there was pretty good wing gusts... I averaged 22.8MPH for the 15 mile ride.... Was real happy with that. Take care ya'll....
