Wicked Coach Burn! Ouch it hurts!

So I was taking some pictures of the T1 area, I captioned the photo that I was early to the event.  My coach replied "or a slow swimmer"  Ouch that hurt.  Mostly because it's true.

I'm there with you on the 'ouch.'  When I tell my tri run times people are surprised I'm so slow...

 Thank God I don't have a coach to answer to for my upcoming 70.3.  I've only been on my bike for my race last 2 weeks ago and haven't done a lot of swimming either :(  On the plus side my run has been pretty solid.
I wouldn't say I've given up on this race but I'm definitely not 'racing' it.  I'm already in marathon training mode.  Unfortunately I haven't heard kind (read: easy) things about the Muskoka course!
