Sunday Workouts
Yesterday was my long run/walk - I probably ran 50% of the time - for about 7 miles in 94 minutes. At one point this young kid in a runners slim body passed me, easily at twice my speed. Today will be a walking day for me for recovery/rest day. Next weekend - increasing to 8 miles.
Just bought running for mortals and marathoning for mortals for reading and inspirational material.

I did a 1 mile swim (well my Garmin said it was 1.85, but it lied).
Then I biked forever and ever and ever. The first 20-24 miles were into a head wind like I've never seen before. Took me 2.5 to to the out and only 2 hours to get back. I could have done the back faster but I was exhausted by then.
Oh and about 4 blocks from my car, I had a bike shoe incident (new shoes) and fell.
I also had new aero bars and I'm not too happy with those either.
