Tricep exercises
Can someone please give me some good excercises for my triceps! My biceps are looking good, but I need to work my lower arms. I just started doing pushups, but can only do 10 at a time. I do belong to a gym, butt I can only get there maybe one to two times a week. I exercise everyday at home, just bought a home gym, but clueless on what to do for my triceps.
Any advice would be appreciated. In a year, I really want some banging arms. I am trying to avoid plastics for that area, I know hard work can help me out there.

My mom used to hold a can of soup in each hand, leaning over so her body was parallel to the ground, with her upper arms close to her sides. She would simply extend the arm back, like with a bicep curl except instead of the arm going from 90 degrees to a 30 degree angle, it goes from 90 degrees to 180 degrees. You soon start to feel the burn in your triceps, all right!
Hey girlie,
I admire your umph, but 20 pounds might be a little much. Cut back on the pounds (like go to 10) and do them SLLLOOOOOWWWW and with EXCELLENT form. That will get you further than higher weights and momentum.
Also, I wanted to share that chair dips are good for tris too.
Sit at the edge of a chair with your hands grasping the seat, move your bottom off the seat. I put my feet way out in front of me so I cant use legs to help me up - and then lower your body until your midback is level to chair seat, and then come up, slowly, using excellent form, thinking about your triceps, so you can feel them working.
I can only do 10 at a time, if I have done a perfect 15 in pushups, but you can do them at different times of day!
Good luck!
