I did a little over an hour at the gym today.  Some circuit training, 15 minutes on the stationary bike and 5 minutes on the elliptical.  Nice workout, just wish I had some extra time to go swimming!

How about you?

Tonight was a 5 mile run at an average 9:25 pace.  The heat and humidity are still getting in the way of proper breathing, but thankfully that's all going to change Thursday.   After the cool front moves through, our highs aren't expected to climb above 73 for the next 7 days.  Yippee!

Still kinda taking it easy.  Early morning spin class for me.  Nothing else besides taking the dog for her walk.

Amazing 50 minute run this morning, first time that long with no walking! Probably went about 4 miles which is a great pace for me.  Who would have ever thought a 4 mile run would become an easy toss off?  Did a 1000 meter swim after work.  Feeling great today.

I did my track workout. 800 m warm up, 1600 at T pace, 1200 at I pace and 1600 at I pace.

I got my new Garmin Forerunner 310XT right before and wore it and it was great! But I need to figure out how to upload everything and set all the options.
