How are you doing with your IT band?

HI Cassie!
The IT band is better. I just have to always remember that I need to take it slow. I can't really do more than 3 days a week running and need to just cross train the other days.
I am really excited that I haven't had any major pains. I was just thinking today that I am doing so much better after my runs.. I am not sore like I used to be. Taking it slow. Althoufh, I did sign up for inagural New Orleans RNR Half Marathon in Feb 2010.
Do you have anything new and exciting in your running future?
