Friday Workouts

Back in the saddle today after a couple of off days.

56 minutes of weights (legs/core, including crunches etc), 66 minutes on the stairmaster (317 floors), and 1600 meter easy swim in about 40 minutes.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Meant to do an easy run today, but it's been feeling so good that I did a little extra.  So much for the taper...

40 minute run.  3 repeats of 8 min at 6.8, 2 min at 7.5.  Next 5 min at 6.8, 3 min at 7.0, 1 min at 7.5, 1 min at 8.0.  Total miles: 4.63.

Followed that up with a dip in the hot tub with a cup of coffee.  Great morning!

44 minute run/walk, run 10, walk 1 four times.  Felt really good today and super short compared to the 61 minute run from Wednesday.

 60 minute walk today for me.

Took an easy 5K run in 32 minutes. I didn't get out there until 3pm and it was very hot so I didn't go as far or as fast as planned.

I'm on vacation next week and plan to do some runs and maybe a bike or two, but mostly just enjoy some time at the beach with the family.

Three mile walk/run.  Always impressive to do in the south in the middle of August!  It's hot out there!
