DOES ANY ONE KNOW ANY THING ABOUT THE BODY FOR LIFE WORK OUT WHERE YOU DO SETS OF 12 10 8 6 12 AND 12 AGAIN IS IT GOOD FOR TONING AND NOT ADDING ALOT OF BULK. I DONT WANT THE SCALE TO ADD TOO MANY POUNDS. I HAVE 30 POUNDS TILL GOAL AND WANT TO GET THE TONE ON . I HAVE ONLY BEEN DOING PUSH UPS AND DIPS AND WALKING LUNGES. HELP ME PLEASE. THANKS AS ALLWAYS.
