DOES ANY ONE KNOW ANY THING ABOUT THE BODY FOR LIFE WORK OUT WHERE YOU DO SETS OF 12 10 8 6 12 AND 12 AGAIN IS IT GOOD FOR TONING AND NOT ADDING ALOT OF BULK. I DONT WANT THE SCALE TO ADD TOO MANY POUNDS. I HAVE 30 POUNDS TILL GOAL AND WANT TO GET THE TONE ON . I HAVE ONLY BEEN DOING PUSH UPS AND DIPS AND WALKING LUNGES. HELP ME PLEASE. THANKS AS ALLWAYS.

Just don't have anything to help you out.  It appears most people on this board are more into aerobic exercise.  I nominate you for our resident weight training expert though!
