Did a 20 mile bike in 1:15. Went to the gym after work and did an hour aerobics class and an hour of weights.

Track workout.

4 - 200 at R pace, 200 at Recovery pace
2 - 400 at R pace, 400 at Recovery pace
2 - 400 at R pace, 400 at Recovery pace
2 - 400 at R pace, 400 at Recovery pace

So 3 miles total, plus another mile in warm-up stuff.

My VDOT has improved too!

For Tuesday:

1 hour of Group Power class, a barbell exercise program.
15 minutes on dreadmill.  Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.
15 minutes on stationary bike.

Did plenty of stair climbing up and down at work.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.
