Tuesday's Workouts

Ok, must be a lot of rest days out there for me to be starting this thread at 9 pm!!!
Got back in the pool for a good set today.  Had a couple of easy sessions last week recovering from my HIM, but it felt good to start back at things tonight.  It was the last night of my triathlon swimming class, that makes me sad.  Tried to do the 'A' group stuff for the first time and had to cut it short.  Lifeguards are only there for the 1 hour so we had a firm end this week.  Should've been a 2500 yard workout and I got about 2200 of it in.  Had to cut out one of the 200 and cheat on the cool down.  Reminds me how much I like open water swimming now!!!!!

 35 minutes today -30 minutes running 5 minutes with warmup and cooldown.

 A mile swim this morning and a 40 minute water aerobics class after work.  Hoping the ankle will hold up for a run tomorrow, we'll see.

5 - 9:29 (short rest interval to get ready for last 1.2)

I did a 4 mile bike ride for 15 minutes, then 1.5 mile walk in 30 minutes. Then some light weights just for the heck of it.
My heart wasn't in it tonight. Had a screaming headache and just wanted to get through 45 minutes of cardio.

6 miles bike ride at night with a flashlight!  Creepy and the frogs were really loud!

Did a 6.3 mile run after work, and let me tell you, it SUCKED - LOL!!  It's been really hot an humid in NJ these last few days.  It was still 86 degrees when we started our run at 6pm.
