Love the running community
I took my niece on another college road trip and wanted to get in a run after I dropped her off at the dorms; but, I didn't really want to run alone in downtown Rochester.
So, I logged on to the internet and found a local group run. The regulars welcomed me warmly and didn't let me get lost or ran over.
My husband and I have said if we ever consider moving to a new city, it has to have a running club!

That's a nice story. It really is a great community and a good idea.

I honestly think this site mirrors the running community ALOT. Welcoming, supportive, great advice, never pessimistic
Rob I remember you saying "trust your training"...that one thought got me thru this last marathon
Scott I remember you got sick before a race and went ahead anyway but just "listened to your body" along the way-that got me thru too
I agree Cassie, its an amazing community
