Friday Workouts
Hang in there and keep at it. Repeat week 3 if you have to! It's a good program. Though I didn't fini**** - I did start off with it. I can now run 30 minutes on the treadmill. Still working on getting there on outside runs. For me -good music is key. I'm liking Motiontraxx podcasts from itunes-- keeps a steady bpm which keeps me moving.
