 I did five miles using the C25K technique.  Felt great afterwards.

Today was just not a good day. I'm on Week 3 Day 3 of C25K - but after today I think I should go back to week 1!!  Maybe tomorrow will be a better work out day!

 Hang in there and keep at it.  Repeat week 3 if you have to!  It's a good program.  Though I didn't fini**** - I did start off with it.  I can now run 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Still working on getting there on outside runs.  For me -good music is key.  I'm liking Motiontraxx podcasts from itunes-- keeps a steady bpm which keeps me moving.

Managed the 10 miles I had planned.  First 6 were not pleasant (3 pit stops) but the last 4 were great!  Did almost all of it at 6.7 with a few interval spurts along the way at 7.0.
