I hope everyone is having a great day . . .

I'm back to incorporating speedwork sessions into my training plan to get ready for my fall marathon.  Today was a mile warm up, followed by 8 half mile repeats with 2 minute rest intervals.  I ran 6 of the repeats at a 9:00 pace and 2 at 8:45.   Total mileage was 6.5 miles.

Made it an easy day today - just the spin class this morning.  Planning on my long run tomorrow since I'll be at hubby's class reunion all weekend.

My hubby got home late, so we went out for a short run - just 3.71 miles.  We could have easily blown off the run, but I am glad we went out and did something!!
