Hey All, hope your hump day is going well.

As for workouts, mine was a 6-mile run then 1000 yd swim.  Long workout for me and I'm tired, but swimming is getting more comfortable again.  Still not fast, but feeling better about being in the water.

1.5 miles on the treadmill.  A little bit shorter of a workout for me.  My body is still sore from Monday nights class.  Zumba tomorrow night.

4 miles on the treadmill this morning, some upper body weights.

Tonight I am going to take a bike ride on my 1/2 marathon course.  Going to try for 2 laps before it gets dark.  Get a feel for how the course is layed out.

Hello, I just found this forum and am excited! I ran this morning before work probably 3 miles and am on my way to Zumba for an hour in a few minutes. I want to start swimming this Fall, wouldlike to do a mini-triathalon next year.

Mary, welcome to the Exercise & Fitness Boards.  This is a great place to hang out, get advice and motivate each other.

Today was an easy 4-mile run to get ready for a quality speed workout tomorrow.

1 hour Group Active class utilizing 1/3 step, 1/3 free weights, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga.
15 minutes on dreadmill.  Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.  Felt like a slug on the dreadmill because I was very tired.

The knee still bothers me when I try to do anything weight bearing so my trainer had me only do upper body and core work.

Then I did my normal Wed. swim. I got in 2050 yards! That's the most ever! It's because we did a lot of speed work.
