Northern CA runners....anyone interested?

For my final running event of 2009, I'm looking at doing the relay part of the CMI (California International Marathon) on Dec 6th.

I would need 3 teammates, so anyone interested in doing this?

The legs are divided up this way:

1- 5.9 mi
2- 7.6 mi
3- 7 mi
4- 5.7 mi

A good way to get a 10k in (or a little more).  Heck, we can be Team WLS

I tried to check out their website, but it appears to be down.
Do you have an address available or could you send us some more info.
This sounds like a blast, and I think it would be fun to run with a group of us WLS patients.

I'm interested.  I'm slow, but I'm available if you need someone.
I do most of my events in the Sac area.  I live up in Santa Rosa.

I'm slow too. But getting faster!

I agree, Team WLS would be a blast. Sac is a bit out of my way, but not too bad. I've raced there before.

there is also this if we are interested in doing some team stuff.
http://www.tbfracing.com/events/clifbar.html

It for teams, only teams and nothing but teams.

Swim
The .75-mile swim will be in Folsom Lake with a beach start and finish. The course will be counter-clockwise direction. There will be one mass start. The course will be marked with large orange buoys. It will be staffed by lifeguards in safety kayaks.

Bike
The bike course is entirely on closed roads to traffic within the Granite Bay recreation area. The course winds through forested sealed roads with turns and small climbs through the rolling terrain of the park. The course is a two-lap course with the return into transition only after completing both laps.

Run
The Run: The run course is a 5-mile scenic trail run with three aid stations providing cold water, Clif Electrolyte beverage and Clif Shot Energy gel. There will be some hills after mile three.

If the run course is anything like it was for ICE Breaker, I want NO PART OF IT!! LOL

But I loved the bike course and I like to swim.
