Hello Everyone!
My hubby and I did a 9 mile run this morning.   Now I need to get some energy back, so that I can clean the house - LOL!!

So, what is everyone else doing today??

I did a 32 mile bike ride this morning. Avg. 15.3 miles per hour with a lot of hills.

9.3 mile run with my training group.  I'm so proud that they decided to take their success with the 15K and train for a half marathon!

Nine must be the magic number today.  I also had 9 miles planned - 3 pit stops though, which upsets me - but I completed all 9 nonetheless.  I'm tired now, but hubby and I are off to do some tree trimming for a friend of mine.  He does all the hard wor****ep him company and provide input.

Got out early this morning to beat the humidity and the heat.  Ran 8 miles to get ready for next weekend's Sea Isle City 10-miler.

 I did a five mile walk/run and upper body workout in the gym.

I run for those who can't or won't.  I run because I once was one of those people.

I went for a 10.09 mile run with my marathon training group.

Tom went for a 10.09 mile run. According to the Nike+ Running Monitor the run took 1 hour 35 minutes and 35 seconds and was done at an average pace of 9:28 per mile.
