OK guys.... This is it! All the hard work, the training, the personal struggles that you each have had to overcome to get to this point, the sacrifices of your family and friends to allow you to follow your passion all come to a head this weekend. Don't doubt your training, don't doubt your abilities, trust that you are a finisher and that this will be one of the most rewarding moments of your life when you cross that finish line. I am way excited and proud for you guys, go have the time of your life, enjoy yourself, race smart, and I look forward to hearing about your day out on the course...Best of luck.

Quick bottle exchange advice. I'm assuming all M-Dots are the same way.

You roll up and slow down-still pedaling.

You'll see something like this:

A sign that says Throw Bottles (or something like that) You get rid of your empties.

A little bit later you have either this order:

Water
Gatorade
Solid Fuels
Gatorade
Water

Then you can throw bottles at the end of the stop.

What I usually do is pu****er in my aero. It makes it easy to dump the bottle in the aero with the net and throw the bottle out at the end of the exchange. I keep my calorie fuel in the cages.

Ok, BEST INFO.

Your'e rolling along. You wan****er. You shout and point and make eye contact w/the person (snort-behind your sunglasses). They will know you want fuel from them. They will RUN along side you and hand you a bottle. If they just stand there chances are you'll only knock the bottle to the ground.

If you MISS your water or gatorade you have a second chance to get it at the end of the stop.

Do NOT stop in a water bottle exchange. You will cause a crash!
