AM: worked out with my trainer. Man, he poured on the weights. My quads were reminding me of their existence all day!

PM: Podium swim. I think I did 1900 yards but it's hard to tell from the workout list. It might have been 1600.

Got in 3 rounds then worked on SP 7x3 loads as follows:

45, 55, 65, 75, 80, 85, 85
