Let Me Introduce Myself

Hello,
I'm new to this board but not new to O.H.  Some of the guys know me from the mens forum.  My highest weight was 399lbs and just yesterday I weighed 299lbs.  I've dropped 100lbs. since April 22nd 2009.  I'm currently walking regularly in distances from 3.5 miles or 5 miles at a time.  I ride my mountain bike on a paved trail in distances from 5 miles to 30 miles (highest so far).  I'm also starting to do weightlifting in the gym.  I'm really starting to feel the urge to start running/jogging.  I wanted to wait until I was under 300lbs. to lessen the shock on my spine and knees.

I'm no stranger to sports and working out.  I played football, wrestled, and ran track in high school.  I was supposed to play sports in college but a knee injury during my senior year of high school end my competitive sports career.

I look forward to interacting with all of you during my journey.
Duane
