Another person who started with the C25K here. I'm amazed at what I'm doing every day now. I'm training for 2 half and a full marathon for this year!
Once you get "the bug" you will be on your way to pushing to levels you never dreamed of. Hang in there with the C25K!! It's an awesome program. If you can make it past week 5 workout 3 your golden. So head into week 5 with a mission to finish!!
Next thing is REGISTER NOW for a race when your C25K program is scheduled to finish. This helps keeping motivated big time!
