 I'm with Curt -- in the taper mode.  I'll probably still do a 2 mile run with the dog (she doesn't believe in tapers, lol).  So excited for the weekend!

 35 minutes today - 25 minutes straight was running.  (new runner here so that's good for me)

 Weight training:  legs, back, abs

2 miles on the treadmill in 34.39 minutes.  Not that I am counting or anything :-) but it is a minute better then last time.  Tomorrow will be arms and another 2 miles.  Wednesday rest day and Thursday Zumba.  Fun fun.
