55 minutes of weights (legs/core), 65 minutes on the stairmaster for about 300 to 310 floors, and then 20 minutes of cardio split between the bike and elliptical for a warm-down...

5 min. on elliptical, 5 min. bike, 5 min. jog treadmill, 5 min. incline lounging, 5 min. stairstepper, followed by 40 min circuit of weight, floor exercises with weights and medicine ball, and weight machines.

7.0 to finish with one more 2 min burst at 7.5 (it was a good song!).
The four miles took 33:37. I'm pleased with the ability to maintain those speeds for those times - especially starting cold. I'm getting there again...
Nothing for me, as its my taper. However I was hoping my bike would be done so I could take it out for a little spin to make sure everything is in order.
I have dance class tonight. Unfortunately, it is the last class for the summer. Now I am going to have to find something fun to do on Monday nights until September.
