Sunday workouts

I did a 51 mile ride this morning through the rolling hills of North Georgia... those hills really can kick my ass, my quads were burning for an hour after i finished the ride.  I averaged about 17 and a half MPH and completed the ride in 2 hrs 50 minutes.  Total elevation gain was somewhere in the 3 to 4K ft range for the ride (very little to no flat stretches)...

Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

No real workout (taking a rest day) but we did get out on the river in tubes this afternoon for a couple hours.  My kind of recreation!
