Thursday Workouts!

Tues and Thurs are my early morning spin classes.  I followed this one with a 5k run on the TM.  First 2 miles at 6.9, next .8 miles at 7.0 and finishing off at 7.5.  Did the 5k in 26:42.

did 45 min of weights (chest/tri), then 38 minutes on the stationary bike (100 RPM + with 7 1 minute intervals of 122 +), then 65 minutes on the stairmaster (307 floors)....
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Spin class this morning, followed with 40 minutes on the elliptical. Took a 20 mile bike ride at lunch since I have a demo road bike from the shop and wanted to get out for a ride. Man is it fast, I love it!

I may lift some weights tonight.

 Hour long Zumba class.  Yesterday 2 miles on the treadmill in just under 35 minutes :-).  Planning on spending some extra time in the gym on Sunday doing more treadmill and some weight training.

 Raining in the morning and I ended up spending the day with my Niece/Nephew in downtown Detroit.  Looks like a nice morning tomorrow so I should be able to get that bike ride in!

Unfortunately, I didn't get to run at all this week - I've been dealing with a sick cat  - shuttling him to vet appointments - even had to take off work to get an ultrasound done.

Luckily, it is not too serious - just need to make sure he is eating - he should be fine!!  Now hopefully I can get back to my workouts!!
