Great interview buddy! One suggestion... You need to raise your seat.... Probably about 1.5" - 2."... My guess is that you will get way more power. Congrats bro... you rock!!!

Thanks  everyone.  The response has been awesome. Dan, thanks for the tip. I moved it up about 2 in. I am about to go for a ride now and see how it feels. I was a little embarrased to have video of that bike with a KICKSTAND, how embarrasing is that. He wamted to make a big deal about the kick stand as well. Oh well, when I am in Austin next week for my tri packet pick up, I am going to be fitted and try out differeny bikes at Jack and Adams Bikes. I just recently found out that the owner used to live in my home town and I used to pick on him in the swimming pool when we were kids. He was 6 years younger than me. He could swim like a fish though. Then 25 years later I am competing in his triathlon Jacks Generic Tri. Go figure. it is a small world. He is a good guy and wants to make sure I am fit to a bike correctly.

Great interview!  Always great to get our message that WLS can be good and lead to just such a more fulfilling lifestyle.  Unfortunately without that old footage of you the spot wouldn't be nearly as effective.
Great inspiration for folks out there

PS -- Dan's comment about raising the seat is a very typical triathlete response, had to laugh at it (even thought I agree!).  Glad you mentioned the kick stand, got a chuckle on that one too.  Just remember -- it's not about the bike but the engine.  Can't wait to read your race report of your next tri (next weekend?)  Have fun with the OWS, just remember 2 things: 1) stay to the outside and 2) swim at YOUR pace.  I'm really loving OWS especially keeping that last part in mind!
