Well, I am 3 mo post op, 80+ lbs down and running! Well, jogging anyway.
My gym has a running track, and 6 laps/mile. I jogged a cool 3 straight laps. Blew me away!
I finished my mile with a walk jog combo.
I can't beleive that I can jog a half mile! This is great!

Let's keep this up! !

Congratulations. It is an awesome feeling of accomplishment. Something I don't think i would have ever felt had I not weighed 470 pounds. Now the attitude of "I could never do that..." has been changed with an attitude of "I can do ANYTHING!!!" Enjoy your successes (even and especially the little ones) and keep on keeping on!
