Nothing "organized" today.  I did some wall building for an hour this morning.  Sweated my *** off.

Another spin class followed by TM run.  This time I did the 5K in under 27 minutes - 26:47!  Very pleased, I was!  The last mile was done at 0.5% grade also.

Been doing an internship these past 3 weeks with this week being 4-10s.  Rough week to get workouts done also (none yesterday), but Tues and Thurs were very good.  Starting to feel like I'm almost back in shape again.

4 miles on the track with 4 good 400m repeats @ <8:00/miles -- (7:40/8:00/7:50/7:50).  Didn't feel like I was going all out either!

Still pretty beat today after yesterdays not so smart noon workout. The top of my head is burnt pretty good. I did a 900 yard nice recovery swim at the natatorium in 25 yard reps with 10 sec rest in between. Then this evening I did a 2o min run at a 9:55 pace. I may have pushed it a little too hard yesterday since I have been having a nagging pain in my hip since that workout. The swim this morning was great for the hip, but the run this evening not so much. I have a 32 mile bike ride in the morning scheduled so hopefully the pain subsides by then.

3 mile walk/run!  Woo HOO!!  Feel almost back to my old self (before the 2 injuries in Jan.)!

Anywho, it's hot as hell here in the south!  Sweating my butt off... running at night after dark, but it's still horrible!  Can't wait till fall!
