Assuming many of you had big days Saturday/Sunday and are perhaps taking rest days.
Since I rested yesterday today was my long run -- schedule said 12 but as I was around the 8 mile mark I thought I should try and push myself to do a 1/2 marathon.  Completed the 13.1 in 2:30.
Gonna enjoy the night and take enjoy going to bed early!!

Yelp took a rest day after mock tri on Sunday.  Back on the proper eating plan, only consumed 880 calories, 24g carbs and 97g protein today to pay for my sins on Sunday.

Nice run Dan!!! I had an intense Threshold swim. Warm up 1000M then I had 20 x 100M at race pace or better. I averaged 1:31 for each interval and finished the entire swim (Minus the 30 second rest between intervals) in 47:28 for 3000M then I swam 200M to cool down.... A GREAT WORKOUT!!!
