tri training, carbs and no weight loss
Hmm, how to define it. When you're doing endurance/cardio events (not sure if people experience this with weights or not) you can get to a point where your body just runs out of energy. It's just like your car hitting empty. All of the sudden you just can't go any farther. Normally a 10-15 minute break will allow your body to recover enough to get you home or to a location that you can ge****er/gatorade. Never a pleasant experience and most of us experience and then go "so that's what bonking is."
