A fool never learns their lesson
So I was at the vitamin store and thought I'd be proactive and bought a box of the GU's. So I'm getting ready for my ride get everything loaded and drop off my dog.
Off I go and after about 30-35 minutes I decide I should have a GU. (The original plan was a 40-50 mile ride that I ended up having to shorten up a little due to time followed by a 2 mile brick-run.)
Well, at the hour mark I think I better have another GU and kind of get upset at myself for not taking them regularly on the ride when I realized only an idiot would take 2 GU's for a 40 mile ride + run. So yeah, a little over the halfway mark I'm left with only Gatorade and no other food, grrr.
Like I said, the best part of all this -- 4 hours earlier a bough a HOLE BOX of this stuff.
