I hope everyone is well this morning. Let's hear what we all did today. As for me, I had a steady base run, no speed involved, just easy base and I also have an easy 1000M swim tonight. Here are the stats on my run:

Swam 40 laps (1000 yards I think) it took about 25 minutes and then took an hour spin class about 15 minutes after.

Did my regular Thurs. night bike ride. But I only had water (forgot my water bottle with my special mix) and I couldn't keep up with the group as well as last time.
So I guess that proves I need the nutrition.
