Hey Guys,

I hope everyone is well this morning. Let's hear what we all did today. As for me, I had a steady base run, no speed involved, just easy base and I also have an easy 1000M swim tonight. Here are the stats on my run:

it depends on getting the bike fixed.

If not, I'll probably go lift weights and ride the stationary bike at the gym.

I did 1500M in the pool. Was going to do 2000, but my kick set had given me the worst toe cramp.

Did a 33 mile ride (had to cut it short due to time) averaging 20.3 followed by a 2 mile brick run averaging 9:24/miles.
Feeling REALLY good going into my race this weekend -- it's gonna be a short one: .5 mile swim/11 mile bike/3 mile run (though I think the run will actually be shorter than that)

Did an early morning spin class (legs were very tired) followed by a 20 minute run (2.25 miles).

Starting to feel really good again.

Did my regular Thurs. night bike ride. But I only had water (forgot my water bottle with my special mix) and I couldn't keep up with the group as well as last time.

So I guess that proves I need the nutrition.
