Hubby and I went for a nice walk around the neighborhood.  We are still recovering from our 7 mile run on Tuesday.  We were going to do a 3 or 4 mile run, but decided a walk would be good to keep us loose.  I was trying to run 5 days a week, but that is just too much for this old girl - LOL!!  I have much better results running 3 - 4 days per week.
