Tuesday Workouts & A Nat Attack!!!!
Hey Guys,
So this morning I had 6 x 1 mile repeats at 10k - 1/2 marathon pace. I ended up only doing 5 because I had inhailed my daily protein intake in the form of nats!!! UGH... So nasty, I couldn't take it anymore. 8:27, 8:17, 7:59, 7:44, 7:27 were my times. What did you do today??? I have a group OWS tonight (Prob 2000M or so) and a 1 hour spin....
UPDATE: I also did 1 hour spin nice and easy at average pace 19.7mph and I also swam 1800M this evening...

Had a job interview with hiring manager this morning. I had worked for another employer in exactly the same property. Hope to find out one way or the other within 2 weeks. Keeping my fingers crossed! After that:
1 hour Group Active class involving 1/3 step, 1/3 free weights, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga.
15 minutes on dreadmill. Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.
15 minutes on stationary bike. Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.
15 minutes on stationary recumbent bike. Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.

Did 17 miles on my tri bike (first time I was on it in 2 weeks) averaged 20.1. Between the hammerfest last night and the wind I decided to cut the ride almost in half.
My swim class was canceled so I went down to the YMCA and did 1800 yards. Did 5x200 (amazing how quickly this swimming has actually come together for me)

AM: No teacher for our BRIC class so I just did an hour of spin
PM: Track workout was a TT with a killer hill followed by a killer (But pretty) decent.
