Got a cure for Monday blues?

1 hour Group Power class, a barbell exercise program.  Had substitute leader this time.

DS (lap) with Dr. Clifford Deveney. Cholecystectomy (lap) with Dr. Clifford Deveney 19 months post-op.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

I had dance class - I don't know why I took last year off from it - I love it!!  My flexibility is slowly coming back!!

35 min swim laps in pool.  Boy is that my weak point.  Then did 1 hour athletic strength training class.  And 40 mins of running doing some speed intervals. That was fun.  I by far love the running part of training.  If only I could get the swimming down

I did 5min warmup on the treadmill,
20 min Lvl 5 random on the elliptical
then 15min of week 1 pod-runner.  I decided that my new shoes were not giving me the support that I needed so I called it quits.

I returned the shoes, had only worn them at the gym, hoping to get a pair with more support later in the week.

I went for a 5.39 mile run.

Tom went for a 5.39 mile run. According to the Nike+ Running Monitor the run took 47 minutes and 18 seconds and was done at an average pace of 8:47 per mile.
