Today was speedwork on the treadmill:

1 mile warmup
Variable distance intervals at 7:30 pace with 200m walk in between:
400m
600m
800 m
600 m
400 m

 Did track work for an hour:
2 mile warm-up, 6x200 at a pretty good clib, 2x400, 1 mile cool down.  Good stuff, very tiring workout!

Had an initial job interview with a HR recruiter in the morning.  Was able to take my usual Thursday exercise class at noon instead of the usual 9 AM one.  Learned in the afternoon the same day that I made the hiring manager's short list of those to interview!

1 hour Group Active class involving 1/3 step, 1/3 free weights, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.
