Tuesday workouts
Did my triathlon swim class -- what a perfect class for me! We got in 1700 yards with some great drills (enough that I think I'll repeat this one at least 2 more times before next week). Got home and my dogs been itching for a run so out we went. It was late and dark so I didn't bother watching the Garmin. I just knew I wanted to get in my 5 mile loop -- did it at 10:30/miles. Slow but it felt good.
AM: BRIC class at the gym. We did speed work for our run.
PM: Track workout. More speed work and work on cadence.
